What problem is Tyrell struggling with after Tariq's death that he can not find a way to solve?

After Tariq's death, Tyrell is struggling with pressure from Brick and the rest of the Kings to join the Kings gang. When Tariq was alive, both Tariq and Tyrell resisted joining the gang together, and Tariq protected Tyrell to a large degree from the Kings' harassment. But with Tariq gone, Tyrell is on his own and can not handle the pressure from the Kings.
