What happens when Navidson encounters the door at the end of the long hallway in the House of Leaves?

The trailer for "Exploration #4" is a voiceover of actor Holloway Roberts explaining that he is being stalked and is quickly running out of provisions. In between his complaints, images of blood spattered on the floor, a baby crying, and dying trees in winter splash across the screen.
