What happens when Johnny returns to work after missing nearly three weeks?

Johnny had no idea he has missed three weeks of work until he shows up at the shop to find someone else has been hired to do his job. His boss hands over his final paycheck and tells Johnny that he should consider finding some professional help for his mental illness.
