In the Epilogue, Roy returns to the Molly Bell... what does he try to do, and what does he hear when he fails?

When Roy returned to the Molly Bell, he tried to catch a mullet fish with his bare hands. He failed to catch a fish, but he did hear Mullet Fingers laugh, though he never saw him.
