Who is the antagonist in Holidays on Ice by David Sedaris?

Jim Timothy is the closest we get to a villain, but even he doesn't fulfill the role. He wants the life story of one of the church's members, but the woman has declined. Timothy, however, needs her story....... a combination of Christmas and true-life, to boost his ratings. Jim Timothy cannot be seen as a villain, because this woman has nothing to lose by selling her story to television, but he is a sleaze because he does not respect her wishes.
