Explain what Henry tells Fluellen to do when he gives him Williams' glove.

Henry give Williams' glove to Fluellen and tells him that he had taken the glove from a French duke and that if anyone challenged him for wearing the glove, then that man would be a friend of the French and, therefore, an enemy. Henry tells Fluellen to arrest anyone who challenges his having the glove.
