How does Olivia feel about her pregnancy in Section 32?

In Section 32, Olivia no longer wants the pregnancy that she had once desired so greatly. A comment by the Nawab has led her to think that her baby might look like an Indian rather than a white person. She asks Harry to help her find out how to get an abortion.
