Who is Mrs. Fiske from Haunted: A Tale of the Mediator and what is their importance?

Mrs. Friske is one of the land owners and environmentalists whom Marcus kills for trying to stop one of the Beaumont development projects. Her ghost appears to Susannah and helps her to resolve the mystery of who the murderer is. Mrs. Fiske's ghost also helps to get Marcus out of the area.
