Who is Percy Weasley from Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows and what is their importance?

Percy Weasley is one of Ron's brothers. He is in allegiance with the Ministry, and thus, is unwittingly in league with Voldemort's forces at the start of the book. Over time, however, he sees the error of his ways and joins Harry's fight.
