Why is Ophelia mad? Does anything she say make sense?

She most likely goes insane because the man she loved killed her father. She has been used by every man important in her life. Some of what she says in act 4 sc 5 have pieces of truth or sense. Certainly the sexual undertones are to do with her relationship with Hamlet.
