Hamlet simply does not have concrete proof of anything. He doesn't know if the ghost that is haunting him is truly his father. He doesn't know for sure that his mother was complicit in the father's death. He doesn't know if Claudius conspired to have his father killed. He has really no 100% way of confirming or gaining conclusive evidence of anything.
