Felix goes to Toronto for costumes for his players, specifically for Stephano and Trinculo and Godzilla headdresses for the Hag-Seeds. Most importantly he goes to meet a Korean man he met through 8Handz, and this man gives him powder, pill capsules which Felix calls “Mr. Sandmans” in addition to hypodermic needles and “very precise instructions” (198).
