What causes Felix to change his plan from Henry V to the Tempest?

Felix changes his mind abruptly when Estelle from the prison tells him that the Ministers are coming to visit and see a play: Tony Price and Sal O’Nally. They have both risen in politics since Felix was unceremoniously dismissed from the Makeshiweg Theatre Festival, and now that they are coming to look at his program, he will have a chance to have his revenge.
