How does Miranda put an end to the play Felix is running?

Felix has been scaring the ministers and their aides till they are beside themselves in terror, but finally Miranda says that she would pity them if she were human, and this extension of sympathy is too much for Felix. He says that he has had “enough vengeance” and will tolerate “not a frown further”; he says that it is “Time to reel them in. Cue the Goblins” (238).
