What happens to Gulliver in Glubbdubdribb?

Gulliver is instructed to go to Glubbdubdribb until he can find passage to the island of Luggnagg, where he can sail to Japan. This island of Glubbdubdribb has magicians and sorcerers on it and the main power on the island is that of a family of magicians who use the dead as servants. The governor allows Gulliver to call up the spirits of anyone that he wants and ask them whatever he wants to.
