What does Gulliver find after sailing from island to island for five days, in Part 3, Chapter 1 and what happens as a result?

Gulliver finds an island in the air. Gulliver motions to the people on the flying ship and it is brought close to him. Gulliver tries to talk to the people, but they cannot understand each other's language, although they see that he is in distress and he is motioned to go down to shore and a chain is lowered to go get him.
