How is the treatment Gulliver gets from the queen who buys him from the farmer, different from the treatment Gulliver got from the farmer?

The queen is very impressed by Gulliver. She allows the farmer's daughter to stay on as Gulliver's nurse and she dines with Gulliver frequently. The queen also takes Gulliver to see the king who orders a house built for Gulliver by the finest cabinet makers in the kingdom. This is very different treatment from being kept in a box and shown for a profit by the farmer.
