What does Pip bring to the escaped convict after going to his sister's house to find supplies?

When Mrs. Joe slices bread for Joe and Pip, he sticks his piece down his trousers. Pip then steals cheese, bread, mincemeat, a porkpie, and some brandy, and gets a file from the forge. Then he runs to give them to the convict.
