Why is Charity angry with Harry, in Chapter 7?

Charity gets angry with Harry when she comes to bail Michael out of jail in Chapter 7. She is upset that Michael is in trouble and hurt, and she threatens Harry with what will happen to him if Michael ever fails to come home because of something Harry got him involved with.
