What happens to Charity when Harry goes to warn Michael about the Nightmare?

Harry and Michael realize that Charity has gone out in the middle of the night to satisfy a craving for pizza and ice cream. When they get to the only open store, Michael searches for her while Harry questions the cashier. Harry sees Charity being dragged off into a nearby cemetery by a being which can only be the Nightmare.
