How does Lea help Harry defeat the Nightmare, in Chapter 21?

Lea shows up, as Harry is laying on the ground, broken and beaten. She offers to help Harry if he agrees to make good on their bargain and go with her that night. Harry hears Charity scream, and he agrees. Lea heals him, tells him that what he needs to defeat the Nightmare is all around him, and then leaves.
