How does Harry help Micky in Chapter 13?

Harry is able to pull the barbed wire from Micky and relieve the torture Micky was experiencing as a result of the spell. The wire tried to wrap itself around Harry, but Karrin burst in and opened a window, so Harry threw it out the window and destroyed it with a fire spell. The relief was clear on Micky's face when the spell was removed.
