Who is Tealiff, Grandfather Tealiff from Graceling and what is their importance?

Grandfather Tealiff is kidnapped on the order of King Leck of Monsea. He is the King of Lienid's father, and the grandfather of Prince Po. As a result of his imprisonment in a dungeon, Tealiff has been physically weakened. Katsa and the council save his life by rescuing him from King Murgon's dungeon.
