Who is Skye, Prince Skye of Lienid from Graceling and what is their importance?

Skye is Po's brother. Like Po, he is a skilled fighter, though he does not have Graced powers. When Katsa and Skye find Po hiding in the wilderness of Monsea, Skye helps Po train in fighting and recover his strength. Skye also becomes a close friend of Katsa.
