Who was Tim White? What was his contribution to Fossey and the camp?

White was a young man who decided to travel around the world on his own. White, interested in Fossey's work, stopped at the camp expecting to stay only a day but remained for ten months. Tim was a main force in the efforts to stop poachers. Fossey credits White with being one of the people to contribute the most to the camp and refers to him as someone that one didn't dare to hope for.
