Who is Old Goat? What was unusual about her?

Old Goat was a female that served as "rear guard" for Group 4. Fossey named the gorilla because she looked at the author "as though she had just swallowed a mouthful of vinegar." Old Goat was unusual in that she served as a dominant in one of the groups, a position not typically held by a female.
