How does Williamson describe his primary duties as office manager in the novel, Glengarry, Glen Ross?

At one point in Act I, Scene I, Williamson lashes out at Levene, explaining to him that his sole duty as office manager is to watch the leads. In the interest of the company, he is not permitted to give the best leads to salesmen that fall below a certain mark.
