Describe John Williamson from the novel, Glengarry, Glen Ross?

John Williamson is younger than Shelly Levene. He is the office manager of the sales group and takes his job seriously. Levene implies that he has little substantive sales experience and is more of a company man. He guards the best leads with his life and shows no emotion in the face of Levene's manic desperation.
