What goes on at the basketball court when Ghost goes there after school on Friday?

Pop and Sicko and Big James are playing basketball, and some girls are watching. Goose, a drug dealer is there as well. Sicko picks a fight, that draws everyone in, and Ghost says that he left when “a junkie started howling like a wolf” (117).
