Who are the children who become the falcon fan club? What do they do to help Frightful?

Maria, Jose, Molly, and Hughie are the main characters that represent the schoolchildren. These children are dedicated to helping Frightful and stop the bridge work. They write letters to the governor asking for the bridge work to be delayed.
