Where does Sam move Oksi in "Sam Battles Bird Instincts"? Why?

Sam moves the nesting box with Oksi inside to the roof of his mill house. This is a more open area, unlike the tree, and is more like the nesting choices of falcons. Frightful goes to this location and returns to Oksi.
