How does Sam respond when he first sees Frightful in "Frightful Finds Sam"?

Sam is overly excited and happy that Frightful has returned. He cannot jess and use Frightful as a trained falcon because he has no license but he asks Frightful to stay as a wild bird. Sam tells Frightful about the recent goings-on at the farm.
