Who does Patty run into on the street one day, and what does he recommend?

One day Patty runs into Richard Katz on the street. Richard hinted that he had made something for Walter and recommends that Patty do the same. He tells Patty to tell Richard a story, and so Patty has written this conclusion to her autobiography.
