What questionable business dealings is Joey involved with?

Joey has become involved with a company that sells materials to the military. He is tasked with finding some used truck parts to sell to the military. When he finally sees the parts, he discovers the parts are covered in rust and are not in usable condition. However, he is told to purchase them anyway, which he does.
