What is Nameless Lake, and how does it get its name?

Nameless Lake is the name Joey gives to the body of water located on the property attached to the Berglund's vacation home. Walter inherited the property after the death of his mother. Because the lake is not identified on any local maps, Joey christens it "Nameless."
