What happens while Patty and Richard are at the lake house?

While Patty and Richard are alone at the lake house, Patty seduces Richard when she pretends to sleepwalk into his bed. The two begin a brief affair, but it is marked by feelings of guilt and anger. Richard composes songs that will become part of the album entitled Nameless Lake. Patty is left in a state of confusion upon his departure.
