Why do you think humans have rejected the creature?How have his interactions with humans corrupted his originally kind character?

The novel suggests that the creature cannot be accepted as human because he is a singular being, that is he looks so different from an average human being that he cannot be accepted as a part of a community. The creature deviate from appearance norms so much that seemingly kind people become hostile to him. People fear the unknown and the creature's appearance represents this.
