What is the main conflict in Frankenstein by Mary Shelley?

There are actually three main conflicts in the novel, Frankenstein.

1) Man -vs Self: Victor's desire are in direct conflict with his reaction (emotions, guilt) over the results of his obsession.

2) Man -vs- Man: The creature is in conflict with his creator

3) Man -vs- Nature: The creature is in conflict with the unknown aspects of the world that he is left to traverse alone.
