Who is I/me/we from Foundation and Earth and what is their importance?

I/Me/We are the people, things and animals of Gaia. As all shared a common consciousness, all could call upon the memories and knowledge of another. By contrast, an isolate was a person not of Gaia and not connected to that common knowledge base.
