What is Streeling University?

The Galactic Empire's premier educational institution, Streeling University employs historian Dors Venabili when mathematician Hari Seldon first arrives on the planet Trantor in Prelude to Foundation. She obtains a leave of absence to serve as Hari's bodyguard and, after their flight around the planet, they settle at Streeling, each enjoying professorships. Hari chairs the mathematics department, which occupies much of his time but provides a cover and funding for the clandestine psychohistory project. As a middle-aged professor in the current novel, Hari enjoys strolling the campus under a high dome.
