What does Lewis learn he must live up to at an early age?

By the age of six, Lewis learns that he must live up to his legendary father's expectations. Lewis's father, Chesty Puller, is a famous brigadier general and a military genius. As a boy, Lewis feels the weight of his father's fame. His desire to live up to his father's expectations motivates Lewis to excel in all he does.
