Sergeant Kranz orders Forrest, Doyle, and Bones to a dangerous saddle between two ridges. Bones is killed and Doyle is wounded, Forrest carries Doyle to safety though a hail of bullets and is received as though he had just scored a touchdown. Forrest tells the commander that he had to pee.
