How does Nani manage to introduce Santosh and Tomas?

Nani tells Santosh she is about to introduce them, and when Santosh realizes what she means he chases after her but falls in the sand. Nani walks confidently on until she reaches the spots where Tomas and his sister are sitting, and then she pretends to faint in Tomas's lap. Lying there and pretending to gasp for air, she calls Santosh to her and in the process introduces them all.
