Why does Simon go looking for Blaze Wednesday night?

Simon goes looking for Blaze on Wednesday night, because he needs to see her. He is initially concerned she is pulling one over on him but quickly decides that she is too straight and naïve and is being taken advantage by Mr. Moneybags.
