What is Fortney’s response when Letch says that Blaze was killed by Oliver Mantleberry?

Fortney finds it hard to believe that Oliver killed Blaze. He does not understand why a pimp like Oliver would bring her all the way down to Mission Bay when the south bridge would have been safer. Also, whoever did it did not pick a good spot.
