How does Miles surprise and irritate Blaze?

Blaze believes that drugging Miles will not be a difficult job. However, he then almost refuses to drink the second beer, the one she had drugged. His hesitation to drink the second beer and his behavior towards Simon plays a role in the second beer ending up down the front of Blaze.
