How does Leeds feel about Fortney keeping his trip to the bar in search of Blaze a secret?

Leeds finds it very odd that Fortney would keep a night at the bar a secret, particularly because he had seen the now-dead Blaze at the bar the night before. Leeds is also insulted that Fortney would not even tell him, his partner, where he had been the night before.
