What happens when Juli, her father and David go for ice cream?

Robert and Juli take David to a local drugstore where they have ice cream cones and sit at an outside table. David drops his cone and tries to cram the ice cream back on the cone but it splinters. David has a real tantrum screaming like a child and knocking over chairs and tables. Robert gets him another ice cream cone, which calms him down.
