What is the theme in Flashman's Lady by George MacDonald Fraser?

One major theme in the novel, Flashman's Lady, is inhumanity. Over the course of Harry's life he's seen and experienced numerous forms of man's inhumanity to man. Slavery, capital punishment, public torture and mass murder are all included in Flashman's memoir.
