Violet tells Titus that fifteen hundred people in two villages in Central America have been found dead, covered in black slime. Violet explains that it seems like an industrial accident, and that the Global Alliance is blaming the United States. The Prime Minister of the Alliance even says that dismantling corporate America is vital to the integrity of the planet.
